Right to be Forgotten

Definition

The right to be forgotten includes removing information that is true in nature and spread in accordance with the law, from access after sufficient time, and demanding that it not come to the fore.

How Can Regis Assist You?

Within the scope of your requests for the right to be forgotten and the removal of the content, locally to the BTK, KVKK and the relevant Criminal Judgeship of Peace; on the international scale, it makes the necessary applications to the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office).
